Find the potential problem and feedback to direct superior for continuous improvement. -Support the engineer during Equipment Installation.& Qualification phase and Process Qualification phase, such as stepwise qualification, test board arrangement, running of qual lot, lab analysis arrangement and data collection. -Responsible to highlight any abnormalities in the process during qualification stage and production stage, react according to the CP
