The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting and translating business requirements into features and use cases that can be used to design and implement solutions to meet the business objectives. The BA will work with stakeholders to define their business needs and extract their requirements for what must be delivered. Responsibilities: • Analyze complex systems and make recommendations for improvements • Identifying potential solutions for the business and identifying risks and issues • Conduct effective facilitation sessions with multiple stakeholders • Assists with user acceptance testing planning and criteria specification to meet business requirements. • Determine what solutions will best fit the business’ needs, now and into the future

- Good Functional knowledge of Banking concepts
- Ability to bridge the gap that may exist between IT and the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science or Business Management
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a BA role with experience documenting use cases and functional
requirements.
- Business case analysis and cost-based analysis skills are highly desirable
- Financial process re-engineering experience and BPM experience
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)
