In this role as Customer Planner (GTR), you will provide the GTR Europe team with value-adding customer management, planning, support, and analysis to ensure we further build our core brands and achieve our strategic and financial targets.

Responsibilities
Customer Management:
- Pro-active communication with customers
- Forecasting and stock management for customers in collaboration with the S&OP team
- Manage and communicate all information about product & price changes.
- Track, validate and process all invoices.
- Ad hoc customer requests on a daily base
Customer Planning:
- Support European GTR Team & Customer Marketing Team in managing and controlling A&P budget
- Track, validate and process all incoming A&P invoices
- Manage back commission and price off process including accruals on a monthly base.
- Support Regional Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Support European GTR Team in preparing budget & LE submissions.
Promotion Management:
- Plan, coordinate, implement and review promotions.
- Communicate with Agencies, Customer Marketing and customers
- Order POS material and handle POS warehouse and invoices
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
- Excellent communicator & team player
- Customer focused, strong planning & organization skills
- Ability to prioritize when faced with ad hoc situations.
- Financial understanding
- Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, SRM)
- Fluent in English & German
PERSONAL QUALITIES – SHARE OUR FOUNDER’S PASSION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL FLAIR
- Sound professional experience in customer management/back office in Global Travel Retail or Domestic Market
- Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is an advantage, as is experience in the GTR channel
