Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement,
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring comments and messages,
- Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices,
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement,
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives,
- Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner,
- Conduct social media listening and monitor brand mentions and conversations,
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and explore opportunities for expansion,
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing,
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role,
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube,
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities,
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles,
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
