Social Media Associate [India]


 

Job Responsibilities

· Content creation: Developing engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

· Social media management: Managing social media accounts, creating a social media calendar, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.

· Analytics and reporting: Tracking social media metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and followers, and reporting to the team.

· Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.

· Campaign management: Supporting and executing social media campaigns and promotions.

· Research: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and social media features, as well as conducting market research to inform social media strategy.

· Strategy development: Develop and implement effective paid social media advertising strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.

· Campaign targeting: Use audience targeting tools to identify the right target audience for each campaign based on demographics, interests, behavior, and other relevant factors.

· Campaign optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaigns to ensure they are performing well and make necessary adjustments to optimize campaign performance.

· Performance reporting: Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
