- +3 years of experience on branding, promoting and marketing;
- Experience in building marketing campaigns;
- Nice to have experience on promoting and managing training events and job fairs;
- Excellent English skills (C1);
- Advanced MS Office, Canva;
- Initiative, creativity, great communication and presentation skills;
- ‘’Can do’’ spirit and flexibility to work in a dynamic challenging environment;
- Good to have a portfolio to present.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop and implement efficient marketing programs to promote our training Academy DARE;
- Develop great collaboration with recruiters, recruiting team leaders and site managers from VEO Offices within Europe;
- Participate and represent Dare Academy in Conferences and Events;
- Sustain great communication with DARE Academy trainers and coordinators;
- Working closely with marketing departments and supervise social media content;
- Organize, follow up and audit on recruitment events, and procedures;
- Present to the Committee audit reports, solutions and marketing plans;
- Domestic and international travel (50%).
