Job Summary:
In this role, as a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for the liaising with clients/students and industry. You must also handle student inquiries, phone calls, appointments and messages. Address students' needs and concerns efficiently and effectively. Build rapport and establish good relationships with students to ensure student retention at IMG SOS- medical education company.
About the business:
IMG SOS is a professional medical education company that provides courses for International Medical Graduates and medical trainees. We currently employ over 60 tutors and are looking to expand the business further in 2023.
Selection criteria
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma/certification or relevant experience.
- Customer service relationship experience.
- Highly proficient in Computers and Softwares.
- Australian citizen or PR.
- Australian Health System knowledge.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
As the Customer Relationships Officer, you will be required to market to, and develop relationships with, a wide range of different stakeholders including schools, clients, the media, industry and others. There is also a requirement for event management, to provide assistance to schools implementing courses and giving advice with respect to administration, compliance, resources and training.
