Store Manager [New Zealand]


 

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can control and look after our store operations smoothly.

Key Tasks

  • Manage daily operations to achieve store sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ordering the stock, product mix and dealing with the suppliers.
  • Budgeting and setting of the prices for the products.
  • Identify and introduce new products in store.
  • Meeting and liaising with all suppliers.
  • Selection, hiring, supervision and training of staff.
  • Ensure all products are displayed appropriately
  • Checking and processing all inward goods. Monitor product display, signage, promotions, and inventory while maintaining the quality of appearance of the store.
  • Respond to customer complaints and comments.
  • Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met.

The successful applicant will have:

  • · Must be flexible and able to work weekends
  • · Suitable qualification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00 – $28.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
