Job Description: Busy direct mail printing company in Delaware is searching to hire an experienced Inserter Operator for day shift. Responsibilities include: Read and interpret job orders. Set up and operate Pitney Bowes high speed inserting machines. Maintain equipment. Troubleshoot problems in production. Work closely with dept. manager to produce work on schedule. Qualifications include: Minimum 3 -5 years' experience operating mail inserting equipment. Detail and quality oriented. Good troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic math and reading skills are required. Starting hourly rate $22 - $25/hr + good company benefits, 401k match and relocation assistance.
