Key Role: 工作内容概述
This manager acts as the independent leader for revenue growth management to drive sustained profitable growth, mainly focusing on planning KC-China’s 3-year business strategy, identifying RGM opportunities, and leading RGM initiatives.
He or she provides financial and analytical expertise in budget setting, tracking, reporting, in-depth analysis, as well as provides insightful and impactful recommendations to support trade/business decision-making. These granular analyses include, but not limited to, Price index & price ladder, Pack-price incentive curve & portfolio map, customer P&L, trade resource planning with efficiency, etc…
As a bridge between finance and sales team, he or she makes sure the bottom-up (from analysis) RGM initiatives being accept and executed by channel sales. He or she also needs to explore implementation approach and tracking cross functional execution.
Furthermore, as an integrated part of global RGM team, the manager is responsible for RGM in budgeting, forecasting & tracking & reporting. Making sure the RGM is well controlled and within financial forecast.
Last but not least, the manager takes responsible for some specific RGM projects like cooperating with consulting firm if needed.

1 Performing RGM related analysis & following RGM playbook – customer P&L, price analysis, portfolio analysis On time with good quality and insights
2 Performing RGM target setting, forecasting, tracking & monthly reporting to APAC Solid business assumption; transparent and clear reporting
3 Ad hoc analysis – promotion ROI analysis pre- and post-execution, SKU optimization, trading term optimization etc. Ensure high quality with insightful and impactful recommendations. Ensure implementation is carried out as planned.
4 Quarterly forecast: RGM detail initiatives and financial impact. Ensure the transparency, visibility, and predictability
5 Leading specific revenue growth management projects to drive results On time analysis and tracking of these projects
6 Employee should execute the daily working in line with the company related policy or procedure including but not limited to business operation procedure\ policy\disciplinary policy , etc. Violation case: 0

Qualification 任职资格
Education Background
教育背景 University graduate, Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Economics related majors preferred.
Top university preferred.
Key Experience
经验 At least 5 years working experience.
3 years plus on business analysis, consumer goods industry preferred,
Leading RM projects or experience in sales function is preferred.
Functional/Business skills
专业技能 Microsoft Excel and PPT expert. Knowledge on database is a plus
