PROJECT IMPACT

- Assist in the administration of HR operations, processes and policies, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Conduct research on People Ops processes and best practices.
- Provide support in the development of People Ops programs and initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records in the organization's PeopleHR system.

THE EXPERTISE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
- 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations or People Ops teams in startups, ideally in the tech industry
- Excellent business English and Spanish communication skills
- Aptitude to learn quickly and work independently
- Based in Mexico preferably Mexico City
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
