Mathematics Writers
We are currently looking for content writers to help create math lessons for grades K-12.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and job aids.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective training programs.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult education.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
