Personal Assistant Lekki [Nigeria]


 
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
  • Help with daily time management
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Coordinate office appointments and meetings.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in any related discipline.
  • Must be proactive.
  • Must possess organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of google workspace and added digital skills.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs
  • Must possess managerial skills.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • The preferred location of applicants is Lekki or anywhere on the Island

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦60,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
