Job Description: Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer needs

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems
- Empathetic and patient when dealing with customer concerns
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
