HR Assistant (Remote) [Philippines]


 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide support in Hubstaff monitoring and payroll administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Hubstaff Monitoring: Regularly check Hubstaff and review employee time entries, breaks, and overall compliance with company policies and schedules. Analyze data and identify any inconsistencies or discrepancies.

  • Payroll Support: Assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll by accurately compiling and verifying data related to working hours, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
  • Record Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data. As required, generate regular reports on employee attendance, productivity, and payroll data.
  • Other tasks assigned by the HR Manager and/or other team members.

Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year of HR experience
  • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills
  • Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Amazon experience is not required but is a plus
  • No other side gigs

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php34,000.00 per hour
