To meet our clients needs we are now looking for another UX Designer to join our flock of black sheep.


Job Description


At BBH, UX Designers are responsible for planning and executing research, help identify business opportunities all the way to sketching possible solutions and working to bring different disciplines together. We work in cross-disciplinary teams, always user-centered and from research to validation and initial launch. Often, we join forces with clients design and tech teams but we don’t fully relocate to sit at their office full time.

We are looking for someone who is independent, self-reliant and eager to develop our business as well as our clients. Over the years we’ve worked with brands like Volvo, Bokus, Hemfrid, Tesco Bank, Dreams, Panini, Coop, and many more. You will be surrounded by 16 easy-going colleagues who are a mix of tech people, designers and project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-disciplinary analysis of existing solutions and opportunity spaces
  • Plan and execute user research to identify business opportunities
  • Drive user understanding in different teams through workshop activities
  • Explore and define the product behaviour together with the team and client
  • Seek out cross-disciplinary opportunity areas for design innovation

In a typical project, you will

  • Identify, plan and conduct research and tests with users, subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Synthesize user research and help bring insights for the team to act on
  • Map existing user journeys to show current situation and the future experience through journey maps, service blueprints and other deliverables to align stakeholders and the team
  • Plan and lead workshops with the team, users and clients
  • Create stories to present research insights and conceptual solutions in an impactful way
  • Create wireframes, screens, and prototypes to show the product experience
  • Help identify the indicators that show the impact
  • Help clients prioritize among design opportunities

Requirements

  • Passion for user-centered design and a commitment to delivering high-quality research insights that drive business value
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Due to the nature of our work, fluency in both Swedish and English is required
  • Living in, or within commuting distance from, Stockholm (or willing to relocate here)

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience working in a variety of organisations
  • Professional or life experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer
