Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Management, from reputable universities
- Fresh graduates are welcomed with minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
- Fluent in English both oral and verbal
- A self-starter with good organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skill
- Possess good knowledge of business monitoring, strategic & business planning and business improvement
Job Descriptions:
- Help to facilitate the process of collecting and analyzing data for the determination of the Continuous theme Improvement and analysis of problems as well as determining ideas or solutions to improve problems
- Help to communicate about Continues Improvement
- Participating in Ruin Continuous Improvement meetings
- Conducting guidance and supervision in the process of making Continuous Improvement project report
- Performing continuous improvement project reporting
- Creating a Continuous Improvement project database including standardizing improvement results
- Review Procedures or Field Work Instructions at all plants
- Ensuring that the Field Work Procedures or Instructions at all plants are updated.
