We're looking to hire an experienced female sales executive.
Proven selling experience with beauty salon B2B/B2C is mandatory,
Qualified candidate will eventually present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers from Beauty Salon.
Qualifed Candidates will be going on a period of 3 months probation to evaluate their performance.

Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell Beauty Care Products and Tools, for Salon Professional and End-Users to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and in house meeting.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Giving products knowledge and proper training for all the clients.
Qualifications
- Outdoor B2B hair care, cosmetics and beauty sales: at least 2 years in a well-established organisation
- Bachelor Degree or related professional training courses (preferable in Cosmetics&Beauty).
- Fluent in English and Arabic (MANDATORY)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Qatar (MANDATORY)
- Client Database is an advantage
- Valid QID, Only local hire are accepted with valid NOC
- Holding a Qatari Driving License (MANDATORY)
- Proven work experience in the field
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience
- Sales B2B/B2C (Salon and Hair Products): Minimum 2 years (Required)
