Your new role:

As a Special Projects Supervisor at Quiroga Law Office, in the legal production unit, you will be a member and leader of the Special Projects unit. Your role will be essential in coordinating and overseeing special and strategic projects related to immigration practice. You will be responsible for ensuring that these projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting established objectives and deadlines.

The focus of this position is to establish connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. A balanced, captivating, and empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is key to achieving the objectives of this role. The work involves drive to achieve results, involving the commitment and consensus of others. Knowledge and skills in successfully influencing and persuading others, understanding how their needs and motivations relate to the objectives, are essential.

The environment in which the position operates is fast-paced and results-oriented. Initiating projects and processes beyond established organizational practices often requires training and developing others, seeking their support using a "selling" communication style rather than simply informing them. A confident and outgoing style that can encourage, engage, and have a positive impact on individuals and groups is essential.

The position has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and ever-changing. As objectives and desired results can quickly change, the position requires regular meetings and proactive relationship-building with new groups. The ability to understand, react quickly, and motivate others to adapt to the changing organizational environment is a crucial factor for success.

Overall, the core of this role requires a team builder who can motivate themselves and others, as well as an organization developer.
