Customer Relations Specialist H/F/X [Belgium]


 

We're looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Dilbeek. We value highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with some relevant experience in customer service or administration, we're open to those with limited work experience but a passion for learning.

This is a permanent contract opportunity located in Dilbeek. We encourage all candidates with relevant experience or eagerness to learn to apply in English!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain order management during the entire process of order life cycle, including validation of orders, supervising, and monitoring the order process, and checking inventory availability based on customer requests.
  • Provide customer service to clients in English, Dutch, and French via phone and email.
  • Participate in international regional projects to improve the quality of service and effectiveness of the customer service department and cooperate with data governance.
  • Handle customers' complaints and related documentation and ensure backorder reporting and processing of consignment stock orders.
  • Assist with additional office duties such as archiving and categorizing relevant documents.
  • Use Salesforce and ERP applications such as JDE, generate basic reports in reporting tools such as Qlikview.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma and relevant experience in customer service or administration.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (knowledge in ERP applications (e.g. JDE) and SFDC are an advantage).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage stress, and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations.

Profil

Education and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (not mandatory) and min 3 years of experience in Customer Service required (experience in Supply Chain or Logistics is an advantage)
  • Fluent English, Dutch and French is a must
  • Experience in MedTech or Pharma or any other related field is a big plus
  • Proven expertise including usage of MS Office Suite
  • Advanced computer knowledge in ERP application (eg JDE) and SFDC is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stress resistance
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to negotiate and resolve difficult situations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
