Job Description


As IT Manager at CyberVadis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our services by establishing, securing, and maintaining all systems that manage our software and hardware assets. As our first in-house IT hire, you will report directly to the CTO and work closely with other departments to provide a secure, reliable, and efficient digital working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example the IT Team, you will have to hire your first direct report immediately;
  • Work closely and collaboratively with all other company departments to provide them a secure, reliable and efficient digital working environment;
  • Implement and maintain support tools and processes;
  • Responsible for IT-related communications and change management;
  • Set up device management for Windows, MacOS, and Linux;
  • Establish best practices for IT cybersecurity, including but not limited to: identity management, zero-trust access policies, patching, etc.;
  • Set up automations and integrations in every aspect of the mission;
  • Maintain daily operational procedures and standard IT documentation;
  • Participate with HR to onboard and offboard employees;
  • Manage and optimize contracts with hardware/software suppliers;
  • Stay up to date on technology trends relevant to the mission;
  • Report activity in a structured manner.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ITSM, PCIM, and Technical Support;
  • Occasional travel to other CyberVadis offices is expected;
  • Full working English proficiency is mandatory;
  • A customer-first attitude with strong communication skills;
  • An excellent knowledge of identity management, device management, and support tools;
  • A good knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Networks;
  • Nice to have: Google IdP , MDM (Windows, MacOS, Linux), CASB knowledge, coding/automation skills, cybersecurity industry knowledge.
