IS&IT Senior Manager - Retail Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ISIT Senior Manager to lead and manage our retail industry IT operations, Information systems (IS) applications and integrations, Infra Structure, Security and Strategic Projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Systems and Technology management with a focus on retail industry solutions, business oriented.
They should have a solid understanding of retail business processes, to be able to provide strategic direction to the IT team to ensure alignment with business goals and LATAM IT Strategy
Directly report to the COO Mexico and doted line to the CIO LATAM.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the IT team to deliver high-quality IT services to support retail business operations.
Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps that align with the business objectives and priorities.
Manage and oversee the implementation of IT systems and solutions for retail operations.
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Latam Region and Global IT Functions) to identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality services and solutions are provided to the organization.
Manage the IT budget and ensure that all expenditures are within the approved budget.
Provide regular reports to Mexico and LATAM Sr management on IT performance, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on the retail industry.
Proven experience in managing IT teams, developing and implementing IT strategies, and overseeing the implementation of IT systems and solutions.
Strong knowledge of retail business processes, systems, and technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English/Spanish is mandatory
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with budget management and cost control.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous Experience on SAP ECC/HANNA implementation, Point of Sales Systems for Retail, Relex and ISIT Ecossystem Strategy/definition is a plus.
