e-Works System Coordinator [South Africa]


 

To provide effective and efficient administrative support to the site Project Managers, Technicians and the Client to contribute towards achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.

  • Capture and update data on e-Works system
  • Draw reports on e-Works system
  • Liaise with relevant parties regarding site and project requirements
  • Communicate, liaise and assign Technicians once tasks have been specified on e-Works system
  • Complete capture physical job cards and file on e-Works
  • Assist with the ordering of equipment process.
  • Assist with all other sales related tasks as and when required.

  • Ensure all purchase orders are completed on CCS Candy to ensure an effective audit trail.
  • Ensure that the authorised purchase order is sent to the supplier and ensure goods received match order.
  • Follow up on delivery of material/equipment.
  • Request invoice and assist with the processing of the invoice to from supplier to finance department after delivery of goods on e-Works system

Education/qualifications and experience

  • Matric (Essential)
  • Diploma: Administration or Similar (advantageous)
  • 2-3 years administration in technical environment (essential)
  • 2-3 years’ experience in using E-works system (essential)
