DUTIES:
The incumbent is assigned to the Customer Service Center (CSC), our "one-stop shop" for many management support services to customers. The CSC supports both direct-hired and Locally Employed Staff (LE Staff) assigned to the US Embassy in Lima. Incumbent responds to requests, executes tasks, and participates in various projects assigned by the supervisor. Incumbent reports to and is rated by the CSC supervisor (EPAP-MGT position). Provides assistance to customer services personnel. Organize and schedule customer orders to an appropriate department. Ensure customer orders are met on time. Interact with customers to know their requirements and needs. Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services. Ensure dispatching and shipping of products is met with customer deadlines. Maintain and manage customer files and databases. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality services to customers. Implement company policies and procedures in providing good customer services.
Incumbent serves as an incidental operator of official vehicles. Incumbent is expected to pick up and deliver supplies, as needed.
EXPERIENCE:
Three years of experience in customer-focused work environment, including at least one year of administrative work.
EDUCATION:
Secondary Education certificate/diploma is required.
