We are looking for a driven Customer Service Executive / Receptionist to be the face that greets all clients who walk through our doors. You will be responsible for upkeeping The Flow Studio’s impeccable service and spatial standards. This role is the stepping stone towards learning how a studio operates, with plenty of opportunity to progress your career in a growing local start up! Job description
· Opening/closing the studio.
· Welcome all visitors according to our Customer Service standards; and answer telephone promptly and courteously.
· Provide excellent customer service to help reduce attrition and increase retention through active interactions as appropriate.
· Resolving all customer queries via email, whatsapp and telephone promptly in line with studio SOPs.
· Actively assist students by recommending appropriate classes to meet their personal goals and schedules, answering their questions (or finding the answers to questions if not known), always offering support and guidance.
· Ensuring the studio rooms and common areas are kept in a clean, sanitized and immaculate manner in accordance with The Flow Studio standards.
· Oversees studio maintenance (proactively and as issues arise).
· Be knowledgeable about our products/programs with the ability to provide accurate recommendations & promote sales to clients.
· Assist in ad hoc administrative issues.
· Completing all paperwork/forms as appropriate on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate:
· Has a keen eye for detail, be highly organised with a friendly easy-going personality and is perceptive to client’s needs.
· Is able to handle difficult situations with a calm demeanour, and enjoy chatting with both clients and instructors.
· Has an interest in fitness (preferred, but not essential).

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
