This role in summary
Alle claims die binnenkomen, zo goed mogelijk onderzoeken en aanpakken. Daarnaast biedt je administratieve ondersteuning aan onze support partners.
Your responsibilities will include
- creditnota’s/debetnota’s verwerken
- Field administratie - controle pin account
- Het verwerken van claims (vergoedingen service partners) - opvolging on field - beoordelen van reparatie claims
- Facturatie + creditaties special accounts
- Opzetten nieuwe accounts voor gebruikers claim programma en onderhouden bestaande accounts
- Rapportages draaien en controle uitvoeren
- Signaleren IT issues met claim programma + opvolgen tot oplossing
- Werken met SAP
Minimum requirements
- Administratieve achtergrond op MBO-niveau
- Werken in teamverband of zelfstandig, voor jou is geen van beiden een probleem
- Je bent accuraat en kunt goed probleemoplossend denken
- Je staat sterk in je schoenen en neemt zelf initiatief
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
