In this role you will be member of MEA Programs Management Team part of NI MEA RBC Delivery & Operations as Customer Project Manager.

The overall objective for this position is to ensure all business requirements are managed correctly and deliverables are implemented on time and budget

The PM is responsible for successfully planning and executing customer contracts on time, on scope on budget improving profitability, ensuring quality execution and customer stratification. Also drive project team and manage the customer relationship in the scope of the contract.

What you will learn and contribute to


As part of our team, you will be:


  • End 2 End Responsible of Project Management
  • Representing the organization in front of customer for delivery of projects - successfully and on time.
  • Interacting with customer teams on day-to-day basis to understand their business/ project delivery requirements, and to align the internal team accordingly within contractual agreement
  • Effectively interacting with relevant teams like Sales, Pre-sales, Engineering, Procurement, Technical Support to ensure project delivery
  • Preparation of detailed plans including Project Rollout, Acceptance & Closure.
  • Analyze project related risks, prepare risk register, qualitative and quantification categorization, and able prepare risk response plan.
  • Prepare Cost and efforts estimations for any new projects, along with risk register
  • Identification of Preventive/ correction actions for improvement of project execution parameters
  • Influencing internal and external stakeholders i.e ability to negotiate with customers, build rapport and positively develop effective customer business relationships.
  • Overall responsibility of project financials - deliver project within allocated budget while maintaining, high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of NI Project Management.
  • Proven experience in Management
  • Advanced planning, co-ordination and people management skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player, with proven capabilities to lead a project independently
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization and excels working in a cross cultural team environment
  • Flexibility in order to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Quick learner; Collaborative; Customer-oriented; High level of credibility

Personality Attributes

  • Excellent inter-personal and communication (oral and written) / presentation skills
  • Results oriented leadership qualities with a sense of urgency for customer deliverables
