JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (F&B/ HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY - for a high class restaurant/ event’s place in BGC, Taguig)
Salary: 40-45K plus Service Charge can receive after a month/ Incentive will receive after 6 months, Free one meal per duty, HMO upon regularization
Work Schedule: 10.5 hrs/day - 5 days/week , 8 hrs/day 6 days/week
QUALIFICATIONS:
HRM Graduate or Administration or any related course
Work experience in a hotel or a high class restaurant
Cross-training/ exposure in other areas of F&B is a Plus
Presentation and negotiation skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Develop and implement plans for retention of current members and growth of new members, according to action plan activities and Board goals
Promote the company’s products/ services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
Regularly meet quotas, goals and other forms of client expectations
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to the Club’s policies and procedures
Consistently meet deadlines
Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
Attend periodic sales meetings
Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
