Job Purpose
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, direct email & other lead generation activities
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Collecting payments from clients and issue receipts via our POS system in the form of cash, credit cards, online transfers
- Welcoming visitors warmly by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Answer and respond to all voicemail, phone, email, and walk-in inquires and directing them through the appropriate channel
- Appointment Bookings & Rebooking, Room Allocation & Updating Appointment Calendar
- Assistance in ordering and maintaining inventory for retail and stock items
- Arrange the Set Up for workshops and events held at the center.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and complete by day end
- Managing Housekeeping Staff to ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the center
Great to have
MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING.
MUST be highly professional & reliable!
MUST be professional and flexible hours
MUST have 2 years minimum experience in Sales.
WORKING SCHEDULE:
- 6 Days a week
- Shift Hour :: 9 hours
- Weekly Off :: 1 Day Off
