Executive Assistant/Operations Manager [Australia]


 

Prestigious agency located on the North Shore is now seeking an EA/Operations Manager to become a part of their established team. This position will see you working closely with the Director and becoming a key figure in executing business operations.

Duties:
  • Closely support the Director with EA duties
  • Maintain agent & agency compliance
  • Manage & nurture supplier and stakeholder relationships
  • Review and negotiate supplier contracts, business insurances etc
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Train & develop new staff members
  • Prepare employment agreements
  • Database management
  • Event management: Organising awards nights, CPD and team social events
Skills + Requirements:

To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated experience in both real estate across either Operations/office management or EA support to a Director/Agent. A Certificate of Registration is also essential. The successful candidate will also attribute:

  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills
