THE OPPORTUNITY
This full-time Sales Administrator position is responsible for a wide range of sales administration duties to support our sales team. This is a day shift position with hours of work typically 8am-5pm, but we can be flexible around the exact work hours to fit in the right person. Based in Whakatu and reporting to Sales Administration Team Leader, this is an excellent opportunity for an organised, highly process driven and detail orientated person to join our close-knit team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing leads and customer enquiries
- Support for the external sales team as required, with preparation of reports/analysis and general sales tasks
- New product development administration and supporting marketing functions for the business
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have administration experience together with a strong understanding of the sales process. But, what is really important for us is that you are self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team have a high attention to detail, can follow instructions to a T, are happy to be doing generally the same tasks each day and can maintain a clean and ordered workspace.
To be successful in the role you will be:
- Great time/task management and planning skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Word/Excel skills
- A good eye for detail
