Job summary:

QPP performs duties that are commonly associated with performance & process improvement. They are
responsible for providing feedbacks regarding performance & processes. Also, analyzing procedures &
staff performance to improve productivity. Their objective is to identifying areas of improvement to
ensure the best customer experience.


Role responsibilities:


  • Providing coaching sessions to low performing agents to improve their performance.
  • Providing suggestions to uplifting customers’ experience.
  • Providing feedbacks regarding employees’ performance.
  • Analyzing the workflow & identifying areas of improvement to enhance the productivity.
  • Any other tasks mandated by the management.


Role qualifications:


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent English/Arabic verbal and writing skills.
  • Analysis and investigation skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar role of at least 1 year.

Additional information:


  • Rotation shifts, and off days are applicable.
