ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Product & Process Development team within B2B Product Management you will work on high priority projects, be an expert in managing stakeholders and work with planning and execution in a structured way together with people from many different departments, including finance, support, IT, legal etc.
We will hire three project managers to the same team and with similar qualities. One will be profiled towards our customer driven initiatives, implementing products and services towards our largest customers, with requirements partially being set by the customer. In addition to project managing a large initiative, that person will also be responsible for driving multiple smaller initiatives as well and keeping track of status of the customer driven project portfolio. The other two will work with more generic product and business development projects and occasionally migration projects related to our product areas.
Based on your characteristics we aim to match you with the type of projects most suitable for you. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a wide range of different projects and learn about both product management and product development.

We also believe that you have:
- Experience in product development, project or program management and preferably with a tech focus
- Previous experience of leading product development across multiple teams
- A background in management consulting is advantageous
- Master’s degree in engineering or business preferably
- Proven track record of successfully managing larger projects
- Project management certification is a plus
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
