Role Summary
We are looking to hire an Organization Analyst he/she will report to Manager Organization and he/she will be responsible to achieve efficiency and improve organizational models, by designing structures, methods, systems and procedures.
Key Responsabililies
  • Analyze and evaluate systems, structures, workflow charts, reports, manuals and job descriptions.

  • Address clients towards more efficient organization and developing solutions to organizational problems.

  • Review operating procedures and advise of departures from procedures and standards.

  • Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Support all aspects of organization-wide change management including communications, end-user training, and stakeholder management in support of an implementation.

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering.

  • Intermediate: MS Excel.

  • At least 3 years working experience on organisational or change management teams.

  • B2 English

Competences/skills:

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.

  • Efficient communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong creative and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and find the root cause to problems.

  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
