Location : Menara Maxis,KLCC

(Extendable or to be converted as a permanent)

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Thurs (8.45AM - 5.45PM)
  • Friday (8.45AM - 4.45PM)

Job Description

  • To control ID control or Administration Task
  • Control ID Registration Task
  • Supporting Head Office Reporting gathering information
  • ID Self check for all system registration status
  • Budget control about comparing budget as its usage
  • Prepare reports and presentation slides, as assigned
  • Arranging Meeting, book meeting rooms and conference facilities as required
  • Update Office policy as needed
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
  • Maintain a good filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Perform support and troubleshooting on infrastructure (network and servers) equipment / devices / software with periodic maintenance and appropriate maintenance schedule check-ups (inclusive of patch ups and necessary upkeep of all equipment with latest security)
  • Assisting in supporting IT support services team with necessary technical information.

Requirement

  • 2 - 3 Years of Experience in Diploma/Bachelor
  • Experience with Office Management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Power Point
  • Experience in L1 or L2 Support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work and meet tight deadline.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
