Job Description
- To control ID control or Administration Task
- Control ID Registration Task
- Supporting Head Office Reporting gathering information
- ID Self check for all system registration status
- Budget control about comparing budget as its usage
- Prepare reports and presentation slides, as assigned
- Arranging Meeting, book meeting rooms and conference facilities as required
- Update Office policy as needed
- Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
- Maintain a good filing system for both paper and electronic records
- Perform support and troubleshooting on infrastructure (network and servers) equipment / devices / software with periodic maintenance and appropriate maintenance schedule check-ups (inclusive of patch ups and necessary upkeep of all equipment with latest security)
- Assisting in supporting IT support services team with necessary technical information.
Requirement
- 2 - 3 Years of Experience in Diploma/Bachelor
- Experience with Office Management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and Power Point
- Experience in L1 or L2 Support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work and meet tight deadline.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
