Your responsibilities
- Lead the IKEA for Business team, develop, coach and challenge your co-workers to grow and perform.
- Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders.
- Analyse sales and customer KPI performance and use this knowledge to prioritise initiatives and improve
- Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in your market , both online and offline
- Build long-lasting relationships with local business communities and actively spread the awareness of IKEA as a brand
- Understand the market P&L and the influence your department has on the financial results.
- Present and sell larger projects to the customers stakeholder/management group
- Create sales quotations, follow-up on customer journeys and see projects to completion
