Our NZSki community has been growing since 1947 and continues to offer the best experience for our crew, locals, and guests alike. Everyone at Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt cares for the mountains and shares a passion for snowsports and the surrounding regions. Our success is due to our awesome customer service, first-class facilities, majestic scenery, and wild terrain.
Tasks include:
- Responding to enquiries, such as bookings, rescheduling or product information, via phone and email for all mountains
- Internal admin support of the Guest Services Department
- Providing technical support for guests who are having difficulty purchasing online or using their MyPass account
- Communicate with mountain departments for latest information as any changes in weather/road conditions and lift operations that may impact a guest experience
- Support the Snow Centre sales team with face-to-face customer service during busier times
Our Reservations team works from our Queenstown offices, based in the same building as our sales point the Snowcentre in Queenstown CBD. Throughout the season you will be given the opportunity to also work shifts at our mountain locations. The ski busses leave from the Snowcentre for you to take the bus up right after your shifts or on your days off to enjoy the snow with your mates.
