The Contracts Operations Specialist owns the end-to-end Contract Solutions for Channel business. This role is in the contracts department and the contracts operation specialist has to manage the tasks written below:
Tasks
- Offers support for Partners through the signing process
- Keeps in touch with Partners until the contracts are signed
- Offers step-by-step guidance when necessary
- Opens cases when a problem occurs and contacts the person/department responsible to resolve the issue
- Provides updates on contracts as indicated
- Works with specific tools for partner and customer data reporting
- Contractual template and letter creation
- Contractual data research
- University degree in business administration, communications, information technology or law
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, business administration or account management would be a plus
- Ability to handle large volumes of information
- Manage multiple tasks
- Work with minimal supervision
- Good command of Excel and Word
- Fluent English
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships
