To put it simply, we are the mediator between clients and operators. Our sales consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Everyday offers up new experiences, with internal progression and planned expansion creating vacancies for new talent to join our current sales team.
LIFE AS AN ACS BROKER
As a trainee broker, you will start your career with a senior broker as your mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you learn on the job. You’ll learn everything from how to build a sales list to which planes can carry what and of course, how to administer a charter flight.
THE PERSON
- Minimum 2 years Sales experience is preferred
- Desire to immerse self into role and commit to the demands of the role
- Strong sales and negotiating skills
- Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment
- Resilience with the ability to bounce back after setbacks
- Able to take a commercial outlook on all flights to ensure a win win for ACS and the client
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
