As Candidate Marketing and I&D Coordinator for Accenture Finland you get to work with recruitment marketing and employer image building in the world’s leading professional services company. You will drive our employer positioning as an employer of choice to help attract the right talent and Drive Accenture’s positioning and awareness as Inclusive environment in the country in alignment with our Inclusion & Diversity strategy. This is a fixed term position for 12 months from August 2023 forward.
Key responsibilities
You are responsible for candidate marketing programs and activities that will strengthen our employer brand - from the planning stage to implementation and measurement. As part of the mission, you will be involved in university collaborations, partnerships and talent programs. You will ensure our external visibility matches our vision and values, and be in charge of our social media channels as it relates to talent content.
Your daily work will consist of varied tasks:
- Ensure Employer Value Proposition, key messages and brand values are properly reflected at all touch points and aligned with our I&D messages
- Align local Candidate Marketing priorities with Talent Brand and I&D strategy
- Tailor global Candidate Marketing programs to respond to local hiring needs
- Supporting events and campus activities with marketing content and collateral
- Content creation and/or localization for internal & external channels including social media & website, together with our Digital Strategist
- Actively working and networking with a broader community of Nordic and European talent brand peers
- Managing specific administrative and financial tasks: procurement, contracts archiving, budget updates
Qualification and skills requirement
- University degree in a related field, e.g. marketing or communications.
- 2-3 years of professional experience from a related field in a larger corporation or agency
- Excellent Finnish and English language skills, as the role entails some content creation in both languages
- Ability to drive content creation, adaptation and review, understanding how to write for different channels and what types of assets best work for different audiences
- Strong project management skills, being able to keep track of several tasks at once
- Proactive self-starter and at ease with ambiguity.
- Great communication and marketing skills and overall business acumen, and being comfortable presenting to an audience
- Strong interpersonal skills and team mate.
