Business Development Executive [Saudi Arabia]


 

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible to drive our Sales strategy across the world to our customer portfolio, generating and converting high-quality, sales-qualified leads into closed opportunities

They develop a network of contacts globally specifically in the USA, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East to attract new clients, research new market opportunities, and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Eligibility/ Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of business experience in technology, enterprise, online/mobile services, or IT application solutions services sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions. Must be clear, concise, and convincing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent, from a reputed institution.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who transforms challenging business problems into tangible action plans.
  • Proven experience in navigating complexities. Ability to gain a deep understanding of customer goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution.
  • Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Create company intro and pitch for service or product demo
  • Strong interest in software development services sales
  • Successful track record in B2B software sales and negotiation
  • Worked in a software company: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Result-oriented and consistent track record of meeting sales targets
  • Passionate, energetic, eager to jump into calls for any business opportunity
  • Open to travel domestically and internationally for exhibitions, meeting prospects, and for any business specific purposes when assigned

What you'll do:

· Researching organizations and individuals online through LinkedIn and providing data platforms to identify new leads/prospects
· Contacting potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc. to establish rapport and set up meetings
· Present/communicate company solutions, products, and services to potential clients
· Able to devise marketing and sales strategy by coordinating with digital marketers to generate leads and closing international sales
· Expert in creating relevant presentation/demos to global clients describing products and services available to convert prospects into customers
· Present products and services to new accounts
· Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of account requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise)
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, writing proposals, making presentations or demonstrations, and social media
· Prepare and submit sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed opportunity, including prospects for the region
· Contributes to team effort holding company values, profits, and direction
· Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
· Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
· Drive new account/customer development to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals planning and conducting prospecting/introductory calls with sufficient volume to establish an everlasting relationship.
