Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will:
Drive and manage process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Act as a liaison between different departments, collecting and synthesizing requirements to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of Business Systems Management / Information Management or related field
Strong process mapping and analysis skills, with a solid understanding of process re-engineering concepts.
Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Data application and visualization skills, with experience in using relevant tools and technologies.
Basic statistical skills (preferred but not required). Benefits
