Role & Responsibilities:
- 1st Point of contact for all enquiries - Sorting & distributing incoming mail.
- Serves as receptionist, answering inbound telephones, & reditrecting to apporptiate staff memeber
- Drating & replying outgoing mail & esculating as appropriate
- Delivering high quality customer service in a professional & friendly manner
- Communicating effectively with potenital clients and across all mediums (Phone & Email)
- Assists the team with the implementation and/or enforcement of all Human Resources related tasks and policies.
- Reports issues and/or problems to the Client Manager.
- Assists with coordination of special events or social activities for clients
- Responds to emergency requests, immediately, and report the emergency to the Senior Client Manager and/or needed.
- Various ad-hoc administrative tasks/ support
Candidate Skills & Experience:
- Proficient use of computers & Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative experience helpful, but not essential
- High Organization skills & Attention to detail
- Integrity, discretion &respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to read and understand a wide range of materials
- Great communication, interpersonal and customer service skills (ability to build rapport)
- Multitasking skills - Can work well under pressure
Desired Qualifications_ (Not Essential);_
- Educated to High School Level (Graduate Degree)
- 1-3 years of experience working in investment agency/ admin prior
- Passion for career in the investments industry
- Background check and drug screen is performed on all employees
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
