The successful candidate will have:
- Friendly & Outgoing personality
- Be available to work night shifts during the week
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, but this is not essential.
- Strong positive work ethic & work off their own initiative.
- Excellent Customer service.
- Be very organised.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Knowledge of spirits and cocktails is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities of the successful candidate:
- Passionate about delivering a high level of customer service.
- Maintain standards in accordance with our brand.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. e.g. preparing garnishes, refilling ice wells and general stocking duties.
- Use your initiative to stock up glasses, ice and stock when low during service.
- clean utensils and bar equipment such as glasses, drip trays and bar counters etc.
- Remove used glasses from bar counters and ensuring they are placed in the correct trays to be washed.
- Put dirty trays into the glass washer and store clean ones in the designated areas.
- Sweep up any broken glass and dispose of in the correct bins.
- Attend to spillages quickly and efficiently.
- Provide customers with information regarding live music and venues within the business.

Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
