Daly is seeking experienced Debt Recovery agents with a proven track record.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years debt collection/call centre experience
- 3 to 6 months proven track record of incentives
- Good command of the English language
- Highly motivated
- Matric Qualification
- Excellent Listening and verbal Communication skills.
- Customer centric attitude.
- Strong Communication skills (Negotiation and Objection Handling)
- Target Driven mind-set
