Description
Collaborate with senior attorneys to draft, review, and negotiate energy-related contracts, agreements, and other legal documents- Conduct due diligence reviews for energy-related transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and project financing
- Collaborate effectively with other lawyers and legal professionals within the firm to ensure seamless delivery of legal services
Profiles
- Greek university degree in law
- Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent) - ideally
- Qualified to work as an attorney at law in Greece
- Experience 3-7 years practicing energy law matters
- Excellent command of written and spoken professional English
