Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers over the phone and presenting our products and services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Achieving sales targets and quotas
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries and complaints
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate sales reports
- Keeping up-to-date with product and industry knowledge

Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in sales or marketing is a plus
