Job Description
Sales Account Manager
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting to Sales Manager
Internal Communication :All departments within the org.
External Communication
• Clients & Customers
• Subcontractors / Vendors/Suppliers
• Government and Private Entities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Single point accountability deals with all the departments within the org according to the business management system.
• Reviews and analyses ITT Documents and requirements by identifying the services that will be done in-house and others through a 3rd Party.
• Responsible for building up the “CTR” identifying the cost elements & recommended prices for Management approval.
• Ensures that the company’s commercial interests are protected in all proposed offers by adopting the “CTR” format to price all proposed offers.
• Reviews / evaluates and negotiates 3rd party proposals and quotations.
• Preparing ITT’s clarifications /exceptions and attending clarifications/negotiation meetings with the Client to best serve and protect the Company’s interests.
• Set up tender review and approval process which communicates, reviews and manages risk across the tender process.
• Handover a copy of all the tender documents along with the submitted package and all correspondence with the Client and any 3rd party if any to the operation team according to the business management system.
• Primarily responsible for introducing and selling Company products and services to new accounts and expanding business sales to existing accounts in order to meet the sales and profit goals for the territory or customer base.
• Develops and improves relationships with all customers in order to maintain and grow Company business.
• Working with Marketing, Operation, R&D and other teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Working with the Marketing team to update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with all Client and Customer updates and opportunities.
• Responsible for all pre-qualification and registration processes within the Clients/Customer database to ensure being invited for any tender invitation/opportunities.
• Coordinate with Internal Auditors/ External Auditors and ensure that all documents for the completion of audits, as and when required.
• Perform any other related activities as directed by Management and in accordance with Company policy.
