Essential Requirements
- 4 + years of NetApp & Isilon experience
- Good knowledge of NetApp, along with support knowledge on Unity Block & File, CISCO MDS switches
- Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.
- Provide on call support.
- Scripting skills be an added advantage
- Expert certification in relevant technology /product
- Knowledge on, VMAX, Powermax, VNX Block, VPLEX will be good
- Qualification – BE/BTCH
- ITIL v4 Foundation preferred
- Strong in OS Fundamentals – Windows, Linux, VMware and others.
- Flexible to work in shifts 24x7
