- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
- Great Customer Care skills , problem solving
- Well known of Spa services and recommendation
- Minimum Education background is Diploma 2
- Have minimum 1 year experience with same position
- Highly motivated, honest, disciplined, hard worker, passionate, and energetic
- Able to work as a team as well as to perform individually
- Able to speak and communicating in English
- Proficiency in using booking software and handling administrative tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
